• Location. Is the a certain area you'd like to live in? How important is it that you stay within those boundaries?

• What type of home are you looking for? Single Family, Townhouse, Highrise, etc. Does age matter?

• How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you absolutely need?

• Would you consider buying a home that is in need of some renovation or expansion?
